Terms of service
Ordering terms for custom apparel, quotes and mini-shops. Last updated September 19, 2026.
The short version
- New customers pay in full upfront.
- A 4% charge applies to all credit card transactions.
- Garment pricing covers sizes S–XL; 2XL and larger carry an upcharge.
- Orders not picked up and paid within 2 weeks incur a 50% late charge; after 30 days they go to collections.
- No refunds, exchanges or returns on custom orders.
- Once a proof is approved and printed, we are not responsible for errors or omissions.
About these terms
Terry’s Tees is a custom apparel shop at 1359 E 4th St, Owensboro, KY 42303. These terms apply to every quote, order and custom mini-shop purchase, whether you order online, by email, by phone or in person. By placing an order you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes provided are based on the assumption that we are doing all of the printing at the same time. If you need to split the printing timeline, you will be charged separately and subject to re-setup fees.
- Garment pricing is for S–XL sizes, unless otherwise specified. Sizes 2XL and larger require an upcharge.
- A quote is valid for 30 days. Garment prices and availability come from our suppliers and can change; once you confirm an order, the price on the confirmation is the price you pay.
- Applicable sales tax is added at checkout or on your invoice.
Payment
- For all new customers, we require payment upfront.
- A 4% charge will be applied to all credit card transactions.
- Online and mini-shop orders are paid in full at checkout.
- Invoiced orders are due when the order is picked up unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Pickup and late orders
We will let you know as soon as your order is ready. If your order is not picked up and paid for in a timely manner (2 weeks), we will add a 50% late charge to your account and all future orders will require payment in full upfront. Any orders that go unpaid and not picked up within 30 days will be sent to collections.
Artwork and proofs
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, artwork or text you send us, and you are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else’s rights.
- We will send a proof for your approval before printing. Please check spelling, sizes, colours, placement and quantities carefully.
- Terry’s Tees is NOT responsible for errors or omissions after a proof has been approved and the job printed.
- Screen colours and printed colours can differ slightly, and garment colours can vary by dye lot. These small variations are normal and are not defects.
Custom orders, refunds and returns
Every item is made to order with your artwork, sizes and options, so it cannot be resold. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders. No returns accepted. Please double-check sizes and options before you approve a proof or check out.
If an order does not match its approved proof, tell us within 7 days of pickup and we will put it right.
Custom mini-shops
- Stores are open for a designated time period agreed between the organizer and Terry’s Tees.
- Once a store closes, all orders are processed together. Typical turnaround is two weeks after store closure.
- Orders placed in a mini-shop are custom made: no refunds, exchanges or returns.
- Orders are delivered to the organizer for distribution unless the store says otherwise.
Turnaround and delays
Turnaround is quoted when you confirm your order and starts once artwork is approved and payment terms are met. Rush work may carry an additional charge. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather or other events outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.
Orders we cannot fulfil
Occasionally a garment is discontinued or out of stock. If that happens we will offer the closest alternative or a refund for the affected items. We may decline or cancel any order that contains artwork we consider offensive, unlawful or infringing.
Your account and this website
Please keep your account details accurate and your password private. Prices, product details and availability on this site are provided in good faith; if we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
